Mansa, August 2 : Three people, including two women, were killed when a goods train rammed into a car at an unmanned railway crossing near Chukeriyan village in the district on Monday.
The car driver (25) died on the spot, while two middle-aged women breathed their last on way to hospital.
The condition of two young women and a four-year-old boy is stated to be critical.
The accident occurred at 7 pm when a goods train was moving towards Jakhal from Mansa station.
Mansa SMO Harpal Singh Sran said the child has lost his one arm in the accident. The condition of all patients is critical and they are being referred for higher medical institute.
