India is set to take on West Indies in five One-Day Internationals (ODI), three Tests and a one-off T20 scheduled to start from October 8, 2014. The tournament will take place just a few days after the Champions League T20 (CLT20) gets over in Bengaluru. This will be the first time West Indies will be touring India since the memorable series in 2013 when Sachin Tendulkar retired following India’s 2-0 win over the Caribbean opponents at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium.
The five-match ODI series will be played in Kochi, New Delhi, Visakhapatnam, Dharamsala and Kolkata. All the five matches will be played under floodlights and is scheduled to start at 02:30 PM Indian Standard time (IST).
