Driving Naari Programme launched in Chandigarh
Amritsar: 19-12-15: S Charanjit Singh Channi, CLP leader today visited S Gurjant Singh, the alone survivor victim of the abohar tragedy. Channi assured him all the possible help from the congress party. Channi said that the congress party will not sit idle till the cases are registered against the owners of the farm house who are responsible for this heinous crime in which one young boy was murdered brutally and the other is still fighting for his life. He also reiterated that if the government fails to book the culprits by Monday the Safai Karamchaaris across the state will hold strike as mark of protest.
Gurjant narrated the whole incident to S Channi and said that still they are living in the fear and agony. He also demanded that the owners of the farmhouse where this incident took place should be booked immediately, because their involvement is direct in this case.
