Jalandhar, November 25: Punjab Director General of Police Suresh Arora today said high level probe was on into the cases of sacrilege in the state.
Addressing a news conference here, he disclosed that restructuring of the state police was going on.
He announced the appointment of the son of police official Gurdip Singh gunned down by antisocial elements opposite Haveli here as ASI.
Regarding drugs, he said police, counter intelligence and BSF were working in coordination to check this menace.
