Driving Naari Programme launched in Chandigarh
Lambi, Senior Congress leader Jagpal Singh Abulkhurana today accused the SAD leadership of misusing funds sanctioned by Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal during his sangat darshans for the development of his home constituency Lambi.
Speaking over the phone, Jagpal said, “The development funds sanctioned by the CM during his sangat darshans are never utilised properly. These funds have landed in the hands of the favourites of the ruling Badal family.”
He further alleged the Chief Minister had failed to control the drug mafia in his constituency. “Illicit liquor is being manufactured in Kattianwali village and the police have failed to check this menace. The people of this constituency live under constant fear of being booked in false cases by SAD henchmen,” added Jagpal.
