Harper and Trudeau to take break from campaign trail as Mulcair attends corn roast in Quebec

OTTAWA — It’s a quiet day on the campaign trail as the Harper and Trudeau campaigns are taking a break today.
NDP leader Tom Mulcair is attending a corn roast in St. Jerome, Que, a suburb northwest of Montreal in his only campaign event of the day.
Bloc Quebecois leader Gilles Duceppe continues campaigning in the Gaspe while Green Party leader Elizabeth May is sticking to her Vancouver Island riding.
