Driving Naari Programme launched in Chandigarh
Chandigarh, August 5- The Punjab and Haryana high court has directed the Enforcement Directorate to produce entire record relating to transfer of special public prosecutor Suresh Batra in the drug case to Bengaluru at the next hearing on August 19.
It may be mentioned that CAT had earlier dismissed the petition seeking stay against his transfer on the plea that he was dealing with a sensitive case.
The high court today did not take up the petition filed by state Congress chief Partap Singh Bajwa till next hearing.
Former DGP Shashi Kant too has filed a petition in the same case.
