Washington: Google Maps has finally rolled out the handy ‘send to device’ feature for iOS users, months after introducing it to Android.
The function allows users to send the map of a place from their desktop to their iPhone or iPad . Users receive a notification on their device and once they tap on it, the app automatically takes them to that spot, reported The Verge.
In order to activate the feature, users will first have to enable it in the settings menu for Google Maps on iOS.
