Capt Amarinder absent from Lok Sabha during Rahul’s speech

Chandigarh, Deputy leader of the Congress Parliamentary Party Capt Amarinder Singh was conspicuous by his absence from the Lok Sabha during Rahul Gandhi’s speech on the agrarian crisis.
According to the sources, the party had issued whip to its MPs to be present during Rahul’s address.
