Atwal leaves for GOA to attend 5th India region CPA conference

Chandigarh, Dr. Charnjit Singh Atwal,  Speaker, Punjab Legislative Assembly and Senior Parliamentarian  of India,  left for Goa to attend Fifth India Region CPA Conference being held from 11th to 14th February, 2015. Disclosing this here today a spokesperson of Punjab Vidhan Sabha said that  Dr. Atwal would deliver speeches on the subjects “Optimum Utilization of Parliamentary Process and Devices for Good Governance and matters of Public Importance to their Logical Conclusion”, and ” The Legislators and their Representational Role :Need for uninterrupted functioning of Legislatures”.
