Thangamayil Jewellery Declared Dividend On May 22: The company’s regulatory filing stated, “We would like to further inform you that the Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs.6 /- per equity share of Rs.10/-each (60%) subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. An Interim dividend of Rs.6/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each (60%) has already been paid during Feb, 2023 (Totaling to Rs.12/- per equity shares (120%)), the dividend will be paid / dispatched within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting.”
The company on July 5 declared that the dividend will be paid on or before July 25, 2023.
