The ICC twitter account has now become an object of ridicule off late due to their various goof-ups of social media. In the all important second ODI between India and Bangladesh, the official Twitter account of the apex body of international cricket created a major blunder, a day after their hilarious mistake regarding the ICC Women’s Player of the Month Awards.
Bangladesh captain Litton Das won the toss in the second game and elected to bat first, and while sharing this toss update on Twitter, ICC made a huge blunder. Instead of putting the image of the Bangladesh team, the international cricket body posted the picture of the Canadian Men’s Cricket team. ICC has since deleted the post.

Coming back to the match between India and Bangladesh, the hosts won the toss and decided to bat first. In spite of the Indian bowlers getting a good start, where they picked up the first 6 Bangladesh wickets insided 19 overs for 69 runs, Mahmadullah and Mehidy Hasan stitched a crucial 148-run stand, the highest for the seventh wicket by any team against India.
