Driving Naari Programme launched in Chandigarh
Chandigarh, October 22, 2022; Speaker Punjab Vidhan Sabha S. Kultar Singh Sandhwan has urged Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann to consider the demands of Faridkot residents sympathetically in case of alignment of canals being carried out in the city area and its periphery.
Referring to the charter of demands put forth by the non-governmental organization Society for Ecological and Environmental Resources (SEER) and Jal Jiwan Bachauoo Morcha, Speaker Sandhwan made a fervent appeal to the Chief Minister to patiently look into the demands of these organizations working to safeguard and maintenance of ecological balance
