Sachin Tendulkar shares post with his father’s literary works on World Book Day

Ace cricketer Sachin Tendulkar has shared a wonderful post for World Book Day. He took to Twitter and Instagram to share pictures of himself with the literary works of his late father, Ramesh Tendulkar.

The endearing post was loved by netizens a lot.

Tendulkar shared two posts on Instagram regarding World Book Day. In one post he shared pictures of himself with a book called Sahitya, written by his father.

“Sahitya, written by my father Shri Ramesh Tendulkar. Miss you Baba!” he wrote in the caption.

In the second post, he shared a clip of himself flipping through the page of the book Prajakta and listening to the audio version of it. Prajakta is a collection of poems written by Ramesh Tendulkar.

“Reading and listening to the poems written by my father Shri Ramesh Tendulkar. Miss you Baba. Prajakta is a collection of poems written by him. A few years back, we made the book into a music album. This song is sung by Hariharan ji is one of the few gems from the album,” read the caption.
