Toronto, A 67-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with a fatal stabbing at a downtown apartment on Saturday.
Police were called to the apartment located at 330 Jarvis St., near Jarvis and Carlton streets, shortly after 6:30 p.m. and discovered a man suffering from serious stab wounds.
The man, later identified as 51-year-old Brent Gartner, was rushed to hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
A 40-year-old man is transported to hospital in an ambulance after he was found without vital signs inside an apartment at Jarvis and Carleton streets where Toronto police say a stabbing occurred.
On Tuesday, Roderick McIntosh, 67, was charged with second degree murder.
