Amarinder Raja Warring to take over as 17th IYC chief on Jan 5

Chandigarh, S Amarinder Singh Raja Warring, Punjab Congress MLA from Gidderbaha assembly constituency, will take the charge as the 17th President of the Indian Youth Congress on 5Th January2015.

Amarinder thanked the Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Vice-president Rahul Gandhi for entrusting him with this enormous responsibility. He assured the party leadership and the youth of the country to come up to their expectations. He said all his time and energies would now be focused on strengthening the organization to make it respond to the needs of the changing situation.

He extended invitation to the all congress leaders in particular and the youth activists in general for the installation ceremony.He sought cooperation of every section of society and the IYC members and office bearers.
