Chandigarh, The Punjab Vidhan Sabha today constituted a House committee to probe the alleged secret meeting one of the parallel jathedars Baljit Singh Daduwal had with Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh.
The allegation to this effect was leveled by former deputy chief minister Sukhbir Singh Badal.
The committee would be headed by Cooperation Minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa.
The proposal to constitute the committee was mooted by Amarinder himself who denied such secret meeting.
AAP rebel leader Sukhpal Singh Khaira offered to resign his seat in case it waqs proved that he had any role in the writing of sacrilege report by Justice Ranjit Singh.
he dared Sukhbir to resign in case his allegation turned out to be baseless after the probe.
