The first chargesheet filed by National Investigation Agency (NIA) against 15 accused in the killing of senior RSS leader Ravinder Gosain, who was shot dead outside his house by two masked bike-borne assailants in Ludhiana on October 17, 2017, reveals how Hardeep Singh (Shera) and Ramandeep Singh (Canadian), were radicalised into executing the murders.
Four Proclaimed Offenders (POs) Harmeet Singh (suspected to be in Pakistan), Gurjant (Australia), Gursharanbir (UK) and Gurjinder Shastri (Italy) were the main ‘masterminds’ behind targeted killings, who recruited and trained the duo.
