Hearing in CPS Suresh Kumar case adjourned to July 11

A Division Bench of the Punjab and Haryana High Court on Wednesday adjourned the hearing on the appeal filed by the Punjab government against the removal of Suresh Kumar as the chief principal secretary
The case was adjourned to July 11 after senior advocate and former finance minister P Chitambaram sought at least two hours to argue the matter on behalf of the Punjab government
Appearing on behalf of the petitioner before the Single Bench, senior advocate Gurminder Singh asked the Court to give a short adjournment as Suresh Kumar was continuing on the post
Taking a note of the submissions, the Bench of Justice Rajesh Bindal and Justice Deepak Sibal fixed the case for hearing after the summer break.
