Amritsar, Apr 18 : Gurdaspur police recovered body of a fifteen years old girl who is beloved to have been raped before being killed.
According to police reports, the bloodstained body of hapless girl was recovered from a house in Manaepur village of Gurdaspur district.
Senior superintendent of police, Gurdaspur HS Bhullar informed that police had recovered the body of young girl.
“It appears that an attempt to rape was made before killing the girl on Tuesday night but it will be confirmed only after postmortem report” he said adding that police had begun investigations.
Kalanaur police had arrived at the spot to collect evidence, said police sources.
