Ferozepur, January 27, 2023: In its commitment to provide quality health facilities to the people of the state, 16 Aam Aadmi Clinics were inaugurated in district Ferozepur by Ranbir Sing Bhullar, MLA Urban and Rajnish Dahiya, MLA Rural, along with Rajesh Dhiman, Deputy Commissioner, under the programme of total dedication of 500 such clinics in the state, by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann along with Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal.
Deputy Commissioner Rajesh Dhiman also specially participated in this event and said that the district administration is committed to provide good health services to the people of the district. He also said that today there are 16 Aam Aadmi Clinics in the district. People have been provided and 04 clinics are working very fast while earlier 5 Aam Aadmi Clinics were functioning in the district starting on August 15 last year. All the above projects are likely to cost approximately Rs.3.40 crore.
Ranbir Singh Bhullar said that in addition to the best health services for the treatment of patients in these modern clinics, a large number of laboratory tests, medicines etc. services will be provided to the people completely free of cost. He said that Aam Aadmi Clinics have been started at Gawal Toli, Basti Tanka Wali, Arif K and Khai Feme K under Ferozepur Urban Assembly Constituency. He said that education and health are among the priority tasks of the Punjab government and the government is providing good health and education services to the people by bringing revolutionary changes in these areas.
MLA Rajnish Dahiya said that 4 PHC centers of his constituency Ferozepur Rural Block Ferozeshah, including Lalle , Mudki , Malwal and Talwandi Bhai , Block Mamdot. 4 PHC centers Lakho K Bahram , Arif K , Nurpur Sethan , and Jhonk Harihar have been dedicated to the general public today. In his address, Dahiya said that the launch of Aam Aadmi Clinics is a major milestone in the health sector of the state. He said that with the opening of Aam Aadmi clinics, the people in the area will get the facility of free treatment and will also get relief from the long queues in the government hospitals.
