Ludhiana/Dehlon/Sahnewal: June 7:   The Dharmik Darshan Yatra, carrying relics of Guru Sahiban, today saw a sea of humanity emerging to pay obeisance on yatra’s third day in Ludhiana city when the yatra left from Gurudwara Sri Alamgir Sahib for its next destination.

The yatra passed through the areas of Dehlon, Ghawaddi Chowk, Sahnewal, Doraha, Bija and Khanna. The yatra will halt at Gurudwara Sri Sukh Sagar Sahib Khanna tonight.

Today morning thousands of devotees paid obeisance at Gurudwara Sri Alamgir Sahib. The yatra set off for today after ardas. MLA Mr Darshan Singh Shivalik, DC Mr Rajat Aggarwal and other dignitaries were also present. Devotees had put up langar and cold water chhabeel at different places. Earlier last night, on its arrival at Gurudwara Sri Alamgir Sahib, the yatra was given a spectacular welcome.

The yatrahas strike a chord with the young generation who are keen to know about the brave history ofSikhs. Being held with the efforts of CM Mr Parkash Singh Badal and the deputy CM Mr Sukhbir Badal, the yatra has cemented bonds of youngsters with the Gurus.

On its arrival in Dehlon, under MLA Mr Darshan Singh Shivalik and at Sahnewal under the irrigation minister Mr Sharanjit Singh Dhillon, the yatra was given spectacular welcome.

Passing from different villages and cities the yatra reached Gurudwara Sri Sukh Sagar Sahib, where it will halt at night.

The yatra has started from Patiala on May 6and will culminate at Anandpur Sahib on June 18.
