Chandigarh, The Punjab government has ordered posting/transfer orders of the 7 IPS/PPS officers with immediate effect.
Disclosing this here today, an official spokesman said that Mr. Dinkar Gupta, IPS, ADGP/Security and additional charge of ADGP/Law & Order has been given further additional charge of ADGP/Provisioning. Besides this, Mr. Gaurav Yadav, IGP/Counter Intelligence has been given additional charge of IGP-cum-Director, SSG, Punjab, Chandigarh and Special Protection Unit, Mr. Praveen Kumar Sinha has been posted as IGP/Provisioning, Mr. Pramod Ban as IGP/Security, Punjab, Chandigarh and additional charge of IGP-cum-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, Mr. SK Singh as DIG/IRB, Punjab, Patiala, Mr. Nilabh Kishore, IPS as DIG/Investigation and Cyber Crime, Punjab , Chandigarh and Mr. Mukhwinder Singh Chhina, IPS as DIG/Security, Punjab , Chandigarh.
