With so much speculation over her personal life, we asked Katrina how did she “ring” in the New Year? And here’s what she said
It’s been a while since we’ve caught up with actress Katrina Kaif. While there has been much speculation over Katrina’s personal life in the interim, there was just one question we were dying to ask her. How did she “ring” in the New Year, especially with engagement rumours flying thick and fast?
After turning a pretty shade of pink, Katrina carefully chose her words before saying, “I had a wonderful holiday, a wonderful New Year and it was very special. That’s all you’re getting out of me.”
Katrina was spotted wearing a massive diamond ring on her finger at a concert on January 10, fuelling rumours that she was engaged to actor Ranbir Kapoor, who she is now sharing an apartment with.
Katrina, however, seemed more at ease once she began gushing over her sister’s new baby. We couldn’t help but ask if Katrina is feeling broody as well.
“Not feeling broody, as such. Just happy to see my sister have such a beautiful kid,” she said. And as for herself, Katrina tried to casually say, “God willing, one day when the time is right.”
Love is clearly agreeing with Katrina though. The actor has lost a fair bit of weight and happily tells us she’s probably one of the few people who can come back lighter after a holiday. Judging from that glow, we’re guessing that’s she lighter in spirit as well.
