I’m not an Eminem fan, says singer and rapper Badshah

Mumbai: It seems that a lot of Eminem fans are going to feel the heat after Indian very own rap king Badshah said that he wasn’t a fan of legendary American rapper Marshall Mathers aka Eminem.

Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia, popularly called Badshah, while speaking to Hindustan Times, said, “I have never been a big fan of him. I know the entire world is crazy about him and his music, but for me I never thought it was anything special. That’s because I can never really relate to the lyrics of his songs and I am sort of not really into that kind of music.”

Speaking about what kind of music he relates with, Badshah said that he wants to write music based on his life, experiences and heartbreaks.

Badshah did mention that he might be offending a lot of Eminem fans but he just cannot listen to Eminem music and won’t shy away from saying that.

Badshah is well known for his honest take on most issues and it would be interesting to see how Eminem’s 20.8 million Twitter followers react to the statement. We can be sure of some verbal duels between the fans of the two.
