Badshahpur/Patran, 11 January2017AAP national convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today said that AAP has prepared 150 point charter for Punjab and announced to fulfill ten key points on priority immediately after forming government.Addressing series of rallies in Badshahpur and Patran in Patiala district, Kejriwal said that he would not be Chief Minister of Punjab as being propagated by SAD and Congress. “Whosoever be the Chief Minister, I stand guarantee to fulfill all promises made by me” He reassured that Chief Minister would be from Punjab only as he is elected by people of Delhi for five years to serve them.Kejriwal said that he was overwhelmed by the response of people to the Aam Aadmi Party(AAP). “No other leader in the history of Punjab has got so much love and affection that I have got”, he added. He said that people of Punjab would vote to save Punjab from corrupt political system alternatively controlled by SAD and Congress.Delhi Chief Minister said that his first priority would be to eradicate drugs and cut the supply of narcotics within a month. He announced to cancel all fake cases under NDPC act filed by Badals against innocent youth who opposed drug mafia. He said that Bikram Majithia had links with international drug mafia and he had also got false case registered against him in Amritsar.AAP government would create a special task force of senior doctors to de-addict the youth within 6 months and create 25 lakh jobs to bring back the youth to main stream. Presently there are about 40 lakh youth addicted to drugs, he maintained.Alleging connivance of Badal family in the incidents of sacrilege of holy Guru Granth Sahib, Delhi Chief Minister said that bringing the guilty to book would be challenge for him, “We will give an exemplary punishment to culprits so that nobody in future repeats such heinous crime. He added that he was deeply pained at the incidents of sacrilege in Punjab and feel ashamed role of SAD-BJP government which allowed such things to happen and didn’t arrest even a single accused so far. Being a Panthic party Akali Dal was expected to be more sensitive to protect the sanctity of Guru Granth Sahib.Kejriwal said that other priorities of AAP government would be waiving loan of farmers and implementing recommendations of Swaminathan report on crop prices within three years time. He said that farmers need not to commit suicides and time has come when they will get 50 percent profit on their agriculture yield. He said that focus would be to set up agro industry in the state.He announced to enhance the old, handicapped and widow pension from existing Rs.500 to Rs.2500 per month. He said that SAD-BJP government had cheated people in the name of welfare schemes and embezzled funds meant for the poor.He said that eradicating corruption would another priority. He said that in Delhi AAP has created an atmosphere of corruption free governance. He said that Badal family had looted Punjab for ten years and made unaccounted wealth from drugs, illegal mining and transport business. “We will force them cough out the money made by looting people of Punjab. We will put them behind bars and take account of every single pie”, he roared. He added that Capt Amarinder Singh during his tenure as CN from 2002 to 2007 had deposited his ill gotten money in swiss bank. “We have the bank account number and will bring back the money.Kejriwal said that education and health system in Punjab had collapsed and private schools and hospitals have mushroomed. He said that Badal government had systematically ruined the primary education and health services in the state. He promised to set up a dispensary in every village and refurbish the government schools. We have set up Mohalla Clinics in Delhi and moderanised the government schools in Delhi and now it is turn of Punjab, he stated.Kejriwal said that AAP was formed three years back with the sole aim of giving a honest system of governance to the people. He said that it was God’s call and in Delhi they had won record 67 seats out of 70. I am sure the whole Punjab was waiting to make better record. He called upon people to make best use of opportunity to throw out the corrupt Badal government.
