Jalandhar, June 6: Bharatiya Janata party president in Punjab Kamal Sharma today contradicted Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal reiterating his party was not consulted while taking the decision to impose entry tax of sugar.
Badal has stated that the BJP was taken into confidence in this decision.
He made it clear the BJP was opposed to this tax.
He was in the city to participate in the mass contact programme launched by the party.
