Indians Immigrate To Canada In Record Numbers
Chandigarh, Senior Parliamentarian and the senior most Presiding Officer of India, Dr.Charnjit Singh Atwal, Hon’ble Speaker, Punjab Legislative Assembly has left to attend the 60th Commonwealth Parliamentary Association’s Annual Conference in Cameroon .
During the conference, Dr. Atwal will take part in the deliberations on the different subjects i.e. “Unity and Diversity: The Role of Parliament”; ” How Can parliament ensure that Young People are placed at the centre of Sustainable Development? The Role of Education” and ” Galvanizing the Commonwealth in Meeting the Global Economic Challenges.”
Dr. Atwal, who is also recently nominated as Regional Representative and Member of prestigious Executive Committee of Commonwealth Parliamentary Association – CPA, will also participate in Executive Committee meeting of CPA in Cameroon.
